Our meeting will be held from Sunday the 30th of July to Saturday the 5th of August 2006.

Situated in the village Havnsoe (Havnsø) in the northwestern part of Sealand.

Havnsoe Hotel and Conference Center is directly on the sea at the bottom of the Sejeroe Bay. The beach is good for swimming. You can also walk along the beach to the protected area of Vesterlyng. It overlooks the little island of Nexeloe, to which you can take the post boat, and walk around the island, where there are orchids and a special kind of frog and other interesting sights. The hotel will provide a picnic basket.

Teacher members of the Affiliated Societies as well as their families are most welcome.

Workshops led by participants will be conducted both in the morning and late in the afternoon. Work-exchanges with colleagues will take place in the afternoon.

Prices

The price is for 6 days per person including: breakfast, lunch, coffee / tea and cake in the afternoon, two dishes for dinner and water all day. You can order vegetarian food.

The price in dk. Kr. are correct, Euro can change.
One Euro is approximately 7.59 Kr.

Staying longer / coming earlier: 890 Kr. – 119 Euro per day in a double room, breakfast and dinner. 1065 Kr. – 142 Euro per day in a single room, no lunch

Children up to 3 years who are in a room with their parents stay for free. Children from 4-12 pay half price.
We arrive Sunday from 2 PM, and leave Saturday after lunch about 2 PM.

Addition for possible extra persons:
Lunch kr. 123, dinner kr. 150, single room kr 635, double room kr. 895
It is not possible to participate in the arrangement without having the meals included.

We pay individually when we leave. All kind of credit cards are accepted.

Tell us the date of your arrival and leaving, the way you want your accommodation, and if you are a vegetarian. And please mention AMMAS.

Cancellation
You can cancel up to 4 weeks before your arrival without paying anything.
In connection with sickness you don’t have to pay anything. Two weeks before 50 % and 6 daysbefore 75 %.

How to get there:
By plane to Copenhagen – Then by train to Kalundborg, and get off  in Jyderup, takes about 1 hour and 20 min.. Then by bus to Havnsoe
( Havnsø ) 28 min..
By car from Germany: Rostock, Gedser, Vordingborg, Næstved, Slagelse, Kalundborg – Havnsoe or Hamburg: Flensburg, Haderslev , Kolding, Middelfart across Fynen via Odense. Nyborg and then across the bridge at Storebælt( Storebæltsbroen ), continue on the Motorway past Slagelse turn north towards Kalundborg - Havnsoe  ( Havnsø )
